Women's representation in STEM

Updated: Dec 3, 2024

This infographic (In French only) describes current female representation in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and highlights the major obstacles women face in this field.

This tool encourages collective awareness and concrete action to transform these sectors and foster more equitable female representation in STEM. To this end, it proposes, among other things, resources accessible to all to support and promote the inclusion of women in STEM.

The “Representation of women in STEM” infographic is made possible thanks to the financial contribution of the Quebec government via the Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation - NovaScience program and the Secrétariat à la condition féminine, as well as the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Light-Matter Interactions.
