“Women and Girls in STEM”



A new training option has been added to the Parité sciences offering! This free self-training program is available online on the Cadre21 platform, allowing anyone in the education sector to follow the content at their own pace, whenever and wherever it suits them best.


“Women and Girls in STEM” is a self-directed training course lasting approximately 3 hours. It explores in depth the issues surrounding the underrepresentation of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields and offers easy-to-implement teaching strategies to encourage and increase female students’ interest in science.


In a friendly and interactive environment, Parité sciences presents examples, scenarios, and concrete resources. In addition, our team offers personalized follow-up after the training.


Visit CADRE21 to begin this self-training program and obtain a digital badge and certificate for the equivalent of three hours of continuing education.






Regular training

"Girls, Science and Engineering"


If you prefer to interact with our trainers and other participants, the virtual and in-person “Girls, Science, and Engineering” trainings are also available.


This 60-90 minute training provides an overview of practical teaching strategies to overcome the underrepresentation of women in science and engineering.


Since the project began in 2020, this session has been offered to more than 900 people involved in education. Participate in sessions scheduled by Parité sciences or request a session at a time that suits you and your teams .
