Women and Girls in STEM

Target audience

Anyone involved in teaching, guidance counseling or educational support, as well as management and establishment directors.

Description

This free self-training course, accessible online on the Cadre21 platform and designed by Parité sciences, offers simple strategies and concrete tools to increase interest and strengthen the confidence of female students in choosing a career in science and engineering while exploring the realities and challenges of the problem of the under-representation of women in these fields.

Educational objectives

  • Know your role in broadening the academic and professional horizons of female students

  • Identify key elements of educational strategies aimed at developing scientific identity in female students

  • Identify the tools and resources available in relation to the strategies proposed by this training.

Duration

Obtain a digital badge and a certificate for the equivalent of three hours of continuing education issued by CADRE21
